A multimedia presentation about the delights of the Sabbath. A slide show of my book ANNIE'S SHABBAT, the story of a young girl's celebration of the weekly holiday, starts off the tales. It is followed by a storytelling with props of Jane Yolen's "The Sabbath Cow," about a cow who refuses to work on the Sabbath. The third tale, Nina Jaffe's "The Uninvited Guest," the story of a married couple in the shtetl who receive an unexpected Shabbat visitor, is performed as a puppet show.
