'Welcome in the Spring!' with the very best of spring folklore, nature tales and contemporary stories. We'll meet Kate in 'Kate's Acorn', who gets a special surprise when she helps to save the earthworms, in the end, her first acorn grows into an oak. And, in 'Kite's Tale', two best friends create an unusual kite that wings us across the sky in a hilarious fantasy of kite strings, bird's nests and song. 'Welcome in the Spring' is the perfect accompaniment to this joyful season.

Fee listed above is for a live performance- depending on location some travel may apply. Reduced performance fees for block bookings may be available especially during summer reading. Some sliding scale rates available for smaller libraries.

Limit 125 people unless in a larger venue or with auditorium style setting
Program Length
one hour
Storytelling is the most flexible of art forms! All that is required is an open-comfortable space for the audience to gather. If the performance is to be outdoors then request is for teller not to be in direct sunlight for the length of the performance. Diane has excellent sound equipment that can be heard at a distance which helps with social distancing.
