Lui has been performing in concerts and festivals throughout the country for over 35 years. Having recorded albums for Philo, Green Linnet, and Molly Gamblin Music, Collins' newest and 8th solo CD, a collection of songs and poems called "Closer," was released in 2006 on Waterbug. She has also published a book of poetry, entitled Moon of Ripe Berries. She is described as "one of New England's first and brightest stars," (Boston Globe) "passionate,"(Sing Out!) and "incomparable" (Dirty Linen).
