Supervisor of Access Services, Watertown Free Public Library (Watertown)
We are looking for a dynamic, service-oriented professional to join our leadership team and head our Access Services Department. This position manages a team of 13 at our busy mid-sized library in a diverse and bustling community. The Supervisor of Access Services is responsible for creating and maintaining a library environment that provides easy patron access to WFPL physical collections and services. The person in this position works closely with colleagues to facilitate consistency of service across all departments specifically in regard to acquisitions, classification, and circulation of materials.
This is a full-time, 37 hours/ week, union position. Schedule requires a minimum of one evening per week and one weekend shift in a regular rotation.
