Public Services Librarian, Plymouth Public Library (Plymouth)
The Town of Plymouth is seeking qualified applicants for the position of PUBLIC SERVICES LIBRARIAN for the Plymouth Public Library.
Public Access Librarian supervises staff and performs professional library and skilled clerical work of a responsible nature. Plans, implements, manages, and evaluates library services to increase circulation and use of the library. Identifies and prepares grant applications and assists in budget preparation.
Master of Library and Information Science (MLS) from an American Library Association accredited program required and at least 1 year of professional experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience; relevant experience working with the public, supervising staff and knowledge of library automation is preferred.
Hourly Range: $30.8290 - $35.9030 per hour, 37.5 hours per week. This posting will remain open until February 26, 2026. Applications will be reviewed upon receipt.
