Digital Navigator, Millbury Public Library (Millbury)
This is a 19.5-hour, part time, flexible, non-benefited, non-union, grant funded position. Duties include but not limited to: Design, promote, and deliver one-on-one and group support and instruction to community members seeking assistance with technology, including but not limited to computer and/or device skills, software applications, internet, email, social media, and video conferencing, plan and execute outreach initiatives to engage underserved populations and ensure equitable access to technology and training, work with local organizations to deliver technology training outside the library, such as in community centers and in schools, adapt instruction and course content to meet the needs of various audiences, including seniors, job seekers, students, and adults with limited technological experience, develop instructional materials, handouts, and tutorials, be familiar with new trends on AI and be able to teach AI literacy to children, teens, adults, and seniors.

Bachelor's degree in education, information technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
