In this introductory class the parents will learn everything that they need to know to start massaging their babies.  Sheryl has been teaching these programs in more than 80 libraries since 1999.

Baby Massage can help with gas, constipation, bonding, soothing, and sleep.  Sheryl will model the strokes on a doll as the parents practice the techniques on their babies.  

The participants will learn everything that they need to know to start using sign language with their babies right away.  Sheryl has been teaching these classes for 20 years at more than 80 libraries

Each week Sheryl models signing with the babies for 30 minutes with props to engage them.  Handouts are provided each week with 20 new signs learned weekly.  Parents are given detailed ways
