Learn the art of creating a Thanksgiving menu that is easy, artistic, and delicious. Liz will talk you through the best way to select and prepare turkey and demonstrate two of her favorite side dish recipes. Each recipe is designed to make your Thanksgiving preparation simple and carefree so you can enjoy feasting with your guests. Enjoy a cooking demonstration of two delicious recipes and samples. Recipes and paper goods included.
Note: This program includes a slide presentation of my experience at a local neighbor's turkey slaughter. No gore is included, but it does show folks the importance of the humane treatment of slaughtered animals.
