Description

Science says that breaking a habit is one of the hardest things a human can do.  Poor habits prevent us from attaining achievable goals.  The presenter of this program earned a certificate from Yale University's Coursera program in Behavioral Change. The program addreses the obstacles to healthy eating/weight management, moderate physical activity and behavioral issues like procrastination and overuse of social media. The audience will receive practical tools for overcoming self-limiting habits.
