Fire cider is a spicy remedy to warm you on a cold day. A shot of fire cider helps ease congestion, has anti-microbial properties, can be an immune stimulant and gets your blood moving. Apple cider and honey are ingredients traditional to New England. Add some garlic, onions, ginger and horseradish and you have something very tasty to boost health and add flavor to salads, stir fries and veggies. During class we'll learn the interesting and controversial history of vinegar and honey remedies, then taste and make fire cider. In addition, we’ll make onion syrup for sore throats, colds and coughs. Take home recipes and an information packet

Pricing 1-20 participants:
1 1/2 hour presentation with samples 225.00 plus travel (.60 per mile)
1 hour, no sample just demo 180.00 plus travel (.60 per mile)
Programs with samples with 20 – 40 participants will cost an additional 15.00.
