Reader Services Librarian, Westborough Public Library (Westborough)
The Westborough Public Library is accepting applications for a full-time Reader Services
Librarian. This position oversees the Reader Services department, managing circulation,
outreach, and collection development. The Reader Services Librarian also plans, promotes and
delivers programs, events, and services focused on books, reading and authors, including
engaging summer reading programs.
As a member of the Library Leadership team, the Reader Services Librarian collaborates within
the library and with outside partners. The schedule includes a combination of day, evening, and a
Saturday rotation.

Qualifications
Applicants shall possess a master’s degree in library and information science, and at least three
years of related experience in a public library; or equivalent combination of education and
experience. Applicants must have strong computer skills, leadership skills, customer service
skills, and a desire to work with people of all ages.
