Access Services Specialist, Turner Free Library (Randolph)

The Town of Randolph is seeking a tech-savvy, customer-focused Access Services Specialist to oversee key circulation functions, supervise circulation assistants, and provide frontline service to our diverse community at the Library. This dynamic position combines technical services, public service, and leadership responsibilities in a busy and welcoming environment. Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and a passion for libraries are a must.

This is an appointed, compensated, full-time employment position with the Town of Randolph. The regular schedule for this position is 35 hours of work per week. This is not a civil service position. This position is covered by the SEIU Collective Bargaining Agreement with the Town. This is a “non-exempt” position under the Federal Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). Salary level for this position is $58,805-$68,194 per annum. The town offers a generous benefits package as well.
