Professional Librarian/Information & Technology, Tewksbury Public Library (Tewksbury)

If so, you will enjoy working with us at the Tewksbury Public Library.  We are seeking an expansive-thinking, compassionate person who enjoys empowering people to find information and use technology at the library. The Information & Technology Librarian performs supervisory, administrative and professional work in planning, organizing and coordinating all information and technology services at the library. We expect the right person to maintain, and improve, the efficiency and effectiveness of this department and work with other staff members to achieve the same. 


MS in Library Science; two years of library experience and formal training in reference or technology services; demonstrated competencies in technologies used by libraries, or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
This position is full time: 37.5 hours per week (to include evening and weekend shifts)

$56,063 - $70,009 in 10 steps; paid sick leave, vacation; contributory health, dental and life insurance.
