Collections allocates monographic subject funds and, in collaboration with the Budget
Group, monitors and manages expenditures of the collections budget, including
endowment and end of year funds.
● Provide analysis, evaluation, and reports on the collection and expenditures for library
materials.
● Work with Access Services, Metadata, and Electronic Resources to manage ongoing
space planning challenges.
● Represent Boston College in collaborative collections work, such as the Boston Library
Consortium Heads of Resource Management, the Eastern Academic Scholars’ Trust
