Help Desk Student Supervisor, Mount Holyoke College (South Hadley)

An exciting opportunity exists for a tech support professional seeking to build leadership skills in an engaging and diverse academic community.  Mount Holyoke College seeks a diverse pool of candidates for the full-time position of Help Desk Student Supervisor in our merged, Library, Information, and Technology Services (LITS) organization.  Someone with high energy, a growth mindset and passion for both technology and mentoring pre-career individuals will succeed in this role.

The Help Desk Student Supervisor hires, trains and supervises student workers at the Technology Help Desk so they feel prepared, supported and empowered to deliver first tier technology support to our vibrant campus community. The successful candidate will embody the ideals of diversity, equity and inclusion, and seek to enrich our organization through these commitments.
