Facility Manager, Cumberland Public Library (Cumberland, RI)
Performs routine cleaning and facility operations activities according to an established schedule; identifies and performs basic repairs and maintenance functions; maintains inventories of custodial and maintenance supplies; identifies and responds to security-related issues; assists or performs special tasks as necessary; performs other duties as required.
Individual must possess considerable knowledge of materials, methods, practices, tools, and equipment used in cleaning and building maintenance, and of occupational hazards and safety precautions. Must possess ability to supervise and direct work of others, to work effectively with library personnel and outside vendors, to work independently and to adhere to an established schedule. Successful applicant must possess sufficient physical stamina and general health to move loads, climb ladders, etc.

Qualifications
Considerable experience in building maintenance work or in building trades, or vocational or technical degree relative to the above, or equivalent combination of education and experience in the above-related fields.
