Respond to Inquiries from PIA

PIA, or Program Integrity Assurance, often make followup inquries about your application. Make sure your contact information is up-to-date in EPC and respond within the timeframe. Or, ask for an extension. USAC is very generous giving extensions if you need them

Begin Services and File 486

This is where you certify stuff.

You also tell USAC whether you are doing SPI or BEAR. (Tell your service provider earlier.)
