Qualifications
MLS or MLIS from an ALA-accredited program is preferred
A minimum of six (6) years of progressively responsible professional library experience, including at least three years in a supervisory or administrative capacity, or an equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates the required knowledge, skills, and abilities may be considered.
Demonstrated knowledge of library administration, HR management, and budget planning. Familiarity with computer applications, emerging library technology, and integrated library systems (ILS). Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
