Assistant Librarian - Gr. 3 Children's Services, Richards Memorial Library / Town of North Attleboro, MA (North Attleborough)
Under the general direction of the Children's Librarian, the Assistant Librarian works professionally and technically providing library services to children and their families. Duties include but are not limited to: planning and presenting children's programs, providing readers advisory and reference assistance, participating in collection development and maintenance, performing community outreach, and arranging publicity for children's programs; other related work as required.
Salary/Benefits as per the USW Local 9517 Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Full-Time (38 hours per week) with some evenings and rotating Saturdays.
Qualifications
BA/BS required along with some library experience.
MLIS preferred.
