Adult Services Librarian - USW GR.6, Richards Memorial Library (North Attleborough)
Due to a retirement, the Richards Memorial Library has an opening for the Adult Services Librarian position: Information and reference services to patrons; responsible for collections and programs; performs other related work as required.
Promotes patron access to information; provides assistance on how to use commonplace digital resources and devices. Provides readers advisory and other services to patrons. Participates in collection development, purchase, and maintenance of library materials. Participates in the development and delivery of programs for adults on a variety of topics. Assists in developing information resources such as print publications, electronic resources, website content, and other media formats.
Qualifications
Master's Degree in Library Science required; one year of library experience, adult services library experience preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
