Office/Library Assistant, Millbury Public Library (Millbury)

This is a 15-hour, part time, non-benefited, non-union position. Duties include but not limited to: Process accounts payable invoices, setup vendor payment records, prepare computer input forms, data entry, cash receipts, perform clerical, typing, and filing tasks for the office of the Town Librarian. Prepare periodic financial, statistical, and operational reports as assigned, and prepare a variety of correspondence, reports, and memos. Assists with in-person, public and employee telephone, mail, email and in person inquiries as appropriate. Provides additional circulation desk coverage, telephone assistance when needed.

Qualifications

High School Diploma and six months experience working with the public; experience with downloadable media, internet/browsers, document production devices; proficient in Microsoft Office necessary.
