Application Materials

MBLC offers grants annually. Grants awarded in the current application cycle will begin in October 2019.

Letter of Intent

Submit the letter of intent by December 6, 2018 to alert the MBLC of your intention to apply for a grant.  This allows us to check eligibility before a lot of time has been invested into the application. While submitting a letter of intent does not require you to continue with the process, you must submit one if you intend to apply.

Application

The application is a two step process. The final submission must be ready for the April deadline, but a first draft is required by February 22nd.  This will allow your consultant to provide feedback and leave time to make any adjustments before the application is due.

Materials may always be submitted in advance of the deadline. Each step is required to continue in the application process and must be submitted no later than the listed date.
